What to expect — simple booking to finished prints
- Inquiry & booking: tell me what you want, pick a date, and reserve your session.
- Prep guidance: outfit tips, what to bring for kids, and timing suggestions.
- Session day: relaxed pacing, clear direction, and plenty of moments to capture both candid and posed shots.
- Editing & delivery: professionally retouched images in an online gallery with easy print ordering. Typical turnaround: 2-2.5 weeks.
Various options are available to fit the needs of my clients.
- Standard sessions include: 1 hour of shooting time, posing/direction, a copy of my wardrobe PDF, and 20 of your favourite images (delivered via download gallery) for $350 + tax. Additional images may be purchased.
- Mini sessions are only available 1-2x per year, primarily in the fall. Join my newsletter for early access by clicking HERE.
- Extended session: includes a 1 - hour session, a copy of my wardrobe PDF, 30 of your favourite images (with the option to purchase more) via download gallery for $475 + tax.

What if it rains?
Yes, I offer studio photography sessions in Kingston, Ontario, perfect for boudoir, branding, and portrait photography. Studio sessions provide a controlled, comfortable environment with professional lighting and styling options.

I offer a range of professional photography services in Kingston, including wedding photography, boudoir photography, family, couples + engagement sessions, and portrait sessions, graduation photos, and branding/headshot photography. Each session is customized to reflect your unique story and style.
What Types Of Photography Do You Offer In Kingston?

My family sessions run for an hour. This gives us enough time to get all the photos we need and take breaks if need be (especially if little ones are involved).
How long should we book?
Turnaround time depends on the type of session. Portrait and boudoir sessions are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks, while wedding galleries may take 6–8 weeks. You’ll receive professionally edited, high-resolution images ready for download and printing. If you are booking a boudoir session you will also have the opportunity to see and order them the same day as well.
How Long Does iT tAKE To Receive My Photos?
Choosing the right outfit can make a big difference in your photos. I recommend neutral tones, outfits that compliment each other for group sessions, and avoiding busy patterns. I also provide styling guidance before your session to help you feel confident and prepared.

It's important to me that we document your family in a way that you'll fondly look back on.
From the initial booking inquiry, all the way to after the session is completed, we'll work closely together to ensure your vision comes to life.
We'll start first by answering any questions you have and finding the perfect location for your family to be photographed. During the session itself I'll help pose and guide everyone the entire time to ensure we're all having fun and creating beautiful memories. And once the session is completed you'll be able to choose what images you would like in your order or if you wish to order any gorgeous wall art or albums you can do so at that point as well.

Hey! I’m Jackie, your Local Kingston FAMILY Photographer, and I’m going to be your guide through this amazing experience!
My name is Jackie Larkin, owner of Jackie Hall Photography. I am a Kingston photographer and I specialize in boudoir, portraiture, and wedding photography. I am a photographer who strives to capture the beauty in all of those who step in front of my lens.
My private photography studio is located in the beautiful downtown of Kingston, Ontario. I also love to travel and am available for sessions in Ontario and beyond.
Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, I am obsessed with creating beautiful images using natural light, as well as studio light while in the studio. My client experience is very important and I work closely with those that step in front of my lens.
